Hiatus
Darlings and strangers who may be passing by,
We, Tara and Keziah, are going on a brief hiatus due to personal circumstances. We have not lost interest or quit the project, we simply need a moment to refocus and breathe.
Soon, we will return with new imagery and new minds.

A foreigner in a foreign land
I woke this morning in my new bed, in my new bedroom, in my new house, in my new city, it’s an odd and lovely place to be. Everything is shifting and sliding; old passions are rising to the surface and the veneer is cracking. As I drove myself to coffee yesterday morning, I was taken with the sight of the mountains; proud and strong, they stand at the edge of my peripheral waiting for me to falter in their glory. I feel like Alice and Dorothy all over again, years have passed and I’m once again a little girl lost but this time it’s locational. I am standing on the edge of something, my adulthood perhaps? I am peeking over the edge and grinning, the winds of my future are blowing my hair around and I will close my eyes and lean forward.
